01 Evaluation System

Ex-post performance evaluations An employee’s performance is reasonably measured on an ex-post basis, referring to the yearly plan established at the beginning of the year to respond to the fast-evolving market environment.
Monthly performance report An objective and clear evaluation is made based on real-time feedback, while the individual performance report is shared each month.

02 Compensation System

Basic annual salary With the aim of offering a competitive salary level within the game industry to foster world-class talent, DoubleU Games presents an unprecedented rate of increase for exceptionally talented individuals.
Incentives Up to 30% of the basic annual salary is paid as incentives for high performers, based on their performance evaluation at the beginning of each year.
