  • ① Protection of the rights and interests of the shareholders
    A. The company shall protect the rights of shareholders and respect their legitimate requirements and recommendations.
    B. The company shall faithfully disclose management related information to build a relationship of mutual confidence with the shareholders and investors, while endeavoring to maximize shareholder returns.
     
    ② Equal treatment
    A. The company shall treat all shareholders, including minority shareholders, in a fair and equal manner.
    B. The company shall always consider the interests of all shareholders in making business decisions to ensure that the interests or rights of minority shareholders are not unreasonably infringed upon.
     
    ③ Active provision of information
    A. The company shall record and manage its accounting data in accordance with generally accepted corporate accounting principles to transparently provide its financial position and management performance.
     
    ④ The company shall provide accurate management information in a timely manner in accordance with the relevant laws to ensure that information users, including investors, can make rational investment decisions.

  • ① Respect for the customers

    A. The company shall always think and act from the customers’ point of view and shall also endeavor to realize customer satisfaction by providing the best products and services that meet the needs of customers and win their confidence.

    B. The company shall provide accurate information on its products and services for the customers and shall not make exaggerated claims in their promotion or advertisements.

     

    ② Customer protection

    A. The company shall protect its customers' interests, safety and personal information, and shall not treat customers unfairly.

    B. The company shall respect and comply with all consumer protection related laws.

  • ① Fair competition with competitors

    A. The company shall respect the fair and free market economy and order based on the principle of free competition and shall compete in a fair manner.

    B. The company shall respect the fair trade related market order and comply with the fair trade related laws.

     

    ② Fair transaction with its partnering companies

    A. The company shall pursue joint growth and development by building mutual trust and cooperative relationships through engaging in fair transactions with its partnering companies.

    B. The company shall not use its superior position to unfairly compel or exercise influence.

  • ① Fair treatment

    A. The company shall not unfairly discriminate against its corporate executives and employees and shall provide fair opportunities according to their abilities and qualifications.

    B. The company shall devise and operate its own evaluation standards for the qualities, abilities, and achievements of its corporate executives and employees, and it shall evaluate and reward them fairly.

     

    ② Formation of working environment

    A. The company shall strive to provide a healthy and safe working environment for its corporate executives and employees.

    B. The company shall support the self-realization of its workers as well as provide human resources development by respecting the autonomy and creativity of each individual corporate executives and employee, and it shall provide them with fair opportunities to improve their capabilities.

    C. The company shall respect the independent personality and fundamental rights of its corporate executives and employees, and it shall create an environment in which they are free to make recommendations and proposals.

  • ① Compliance with domestic and foreign laws
    A. As a member of the national and local community, the company shall not only comply with the various laws but shall also comply with all related common international laws.
     
    ② Contribution to national economic and social development
    A. The company shall contribute to the national economy and social development by improving productivity, creating jobs, faithfully paying taxes, and contributing to society.
     
    ③ Environmental protection
    A. The company shall strive to protect nature and preserve a clean environment.
  • ① The company shall comply with all laws, social norms, and accounting standards, etc. across all local and overseas territories in which it conducts its business activities, and it shall respect the culture and commercial customs of each local community in which it operates.
    The company shall comply with international standards and related laws and regulations concerning human rights and the environment.
     
    ② As a corporate citizen, the company shall faithfully fulfill its obligations to create jobs and file and pay for any and all taxes, and it shall also enrich the lives of people by creating a new networked world through the continuing creation of value.
    The company shall carry out its social responsibilities by undertaking social contribution activities, education, culture, and welfare projects and shall also encourage its corporate executives and employees to participate in sound social service related activities and strive to provide the necessary institutional support.
    The company shall actively reflect the value of building and operating a healthy culture in the local community in the course of carrying out its business activities, such as by considering whether the services provided by the company are harmful to society and culture and by protecting youth.
    The company shall not discriminate nor have any prejudice against various stakeholders, such as customers, business partners, and employees, on any grounds such as race, religion, region, gender, or physical condition.
     
    ③ Efforts to prevent speculative games
    A. Through continuous monitoring, the company shall prevent cases of fraud which might arise between game users.
    B. In the event of an excessively high concentration of cyber coins among specific users, the company shall take measures such as blocking accounts after regular monitoring for fraudulent activity.
    C. The company shall proactively monitor the relevant work and shall provide preventive education for new hires and all employees related to the work.
  • ① Establishment of a healthy corporate culture

    A. Corporate executives and employees shall share the company's management philosophy and believe in the goals and values pursued by the company and shall also faithfully carry out the mission assigned in line with the company's business policy.

    B. Corporate executives and employees shall create and operate an organizational culture based on smooth communication and mutual confidence between the supervisors and colleagues within the company.

    C. Corporate executives and employees shall strive to perform their assigned duties in a fair manner and shall comply with all relevant laws and company regulations related to their work.

     

    ② Prohibition of acts of conflict of interest

    A. Corporate executives and employees shall make every effort to help prevent any action or relationship which causes any conflict with the company, and if there should be a conflict of interest between the company and individuals or departments, the company's interests shall be prioritized and acted upon.

     

    ③ Prohibition of the use of inside information

    A. Corporate executives and employees shall not use any inside information acquired in the course of their work for the purpose of trading stocks.

    B. Corporate executives and employees shall not provide any undisclosed material information which may affect the stock price to any third party without a due process.

     

    ④ Protection of the company’s assets and important information

    A. Corporate executives and employees shall protect the company's physical assets, intellectual property rights, and trade secrets, and they shall not use them for any personal purposes.

    B. Corporate executives and employees shall not use their position to pursue personal gains or benefit, or engage in any unfair trade practices using any non-public information acquired from the company.

    C. Corporate executives and employees shall not publicly disclose any important information which may affect the company's profits.

     

    ⑤ Prohibition of giving or taking money, goods of value, and entertainment

    A. Corporate executives and employees shall not take any money, goods of value, gifts or entertainment from stakeholders such as clients.

    B. Corporate executives and employees shall neither offer nor provide money, goods of value, gifts or entertainment beyond the accepted social norms to their stakeholders, such as clients, in connection with the company's business and work.

    C. Corporate executives and employees shall not take money, goods of value, or excessive gifts or entertainment from and among themselves.

     

    ⑥ Compliance with the code of ethics

    A. All corporate executives and employees shall faithfully comply with the code of ethics, and in the event of a violation, shall take responsibility for any of their relevant actions.

    B. If any corporate executives or employee is forced to act against the code of ethics or recognizes an unfair action, it shall be reported to the department in charge of the code of ethics.

    C. In the event of a violation of the code of ethics, corporate executives and employees shall prevent its recurrence by undergoing a thorough investigation of the cause, followed by preventative education.
